• We are an introducer and lead generation platform. We collect the information you provide and, with your consent, pass it to mortgage brokers authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
• We are not a financial adviser and we give no advice, recommendation or guidance on second charge mortgages, remortgaging, debt consolidation or any other regulated product. Nothing on this site is advice.
• We are not a credit broker arranging credit, a lender, or a party to any credit agreement. Advising on and arranging any borrowing is carried out solely by the FCA-authorised broker you are introduced to, under their own terms and regulatory permissions.
• Any figures shown — including indicative equity, loan-to-value, rates and illustrative examples — are estimates generated from the answers you give, for information only. They are not a quotation or an offer of credit.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that you will be contacted by any particular broker, that a lender will accept your application, or that any rate, amount or term will be available to you. Lending decisions, pricing and eligibility are set by lenders and depend on their criteria, your equity, income and credit profile.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Consolidating debt over a longer term may reduce your monthly payments but increase the total amount you repay.

• You must be at least 18 years old, resident in the UK and the owner (or joint owner) of the property you are enquiring about.
• The information you submit must be accurate and complete, and you must be entitled to provide any details about another person named in the enquiry.
• You must not use the site unlawfully, submit false enquiries, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

The eligibility check is free for you. We may receive a fee from a broker or lender for a successful introduction. This never changes the price you pay and does not affect the advice the broker gives.

We provide the site and the introduction service with reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, products or charges of any broker or lender you deal with. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and losses arising from decisions you take based on indicative figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page.

If something goes wrong, please see our complaints procedure. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
